If reconfirmed shipping cost would be higher than offered in our online freight price calculator and not accepted by shipper, then a security deposit paid in order to initiate a shipment will be refunded in full. Rates in quotes received in our online freight price calculator are valid in 10 days and reflects freight cost available on the day of quote request. Shipping cost on actual shipping day will reflect GRI, BAF etc on the actual shipping day. See above.
Container Yard’s or container’s delivery tracking company contact info will be reconfirmed in our dock receipt/shipping instructions upon booking requests.
This price quote is based on information submitted by shipper. Changes in shipment conditions, i.e. changes in actual w/m, type of commodity, type of pickup location etc may result in the price schedule change.
Shippers are held responsible for loads, securing cargo and sealing containers. If cargo would not fit in a requested container, then shippers are held responsible on paying all charges related to prearrange of initially requested containers of wrong sizes.
Shippers are held responsible for obtaining permits for acceptance containers to the load (if necessary).
Motor vehicles and household goods CANNOT be shipped using FCL price schedule for General cargo/FAK. Refer to FAK definition in this link.
ORIGIN AND DESTINATION CHARGES: Shipper is responsible to arrange payments of all applicable origin and destination charges.
